Director – John Padden

John is an experienced claims consultant, litigator and arbitrator/mediator.  He draws on over 30 years’ experience in legal and customer service management positions with some of the UK’s largest travel companies and offering freelance claims management assistance to a number of tour operators and travel insurers.  John sits as an arbitrator for Dispute Settlement Services, who offer their arbitration scheme to various travel trade associations and their members.
